License terms

This electronic copy of a book is licensed to one reader (“you”), whose name and email appear at the bottom of every page and identified in various places of the text. By purchasing a license you agree to the license terms.

It is a personal copy and may not be duplicated, other than for backup purposes, or shared with any third party. It is also strictly forbidden to put up the text on the World-Wide Web or any other publicly available electronic repository, including archive.org. 

You are permitted to print up to two copies for personal use.
Purchase of the license includes a right for you to download new releases of the book (“updates”), if any, for a period of one year after the purchase. The updates are subject to the same conditions as the original.
